The Master’s School is transformed through innovative entrepreneurial practices to achieve institutional metamorphosis. Institutional metamorphosis is “a radical transformation of an institution’s structure and function...while...preserving the institution’s DNA of fundamental beliefs, values and principles” to achieve the fullest manifestation of institutional excellence (Gialamas et al., 2014, p. 73).

This radical transformation includes innovative shifts in fund development. Last year, we shifted away from fund development through exclusive major events (e.g., the Gala), urgent requests to fill emergent needs, and campaigns undertaken to backfill financial shortfalls. This year, we shift towards an all-inclusive and forward-thinking culture of Christian philanthropy focused on developing vitality, strength, and independent sustainability.

Corporate Partnership

As a Corporate Partner, your support directly and immediately impacts student experiences and supports outrageously excellent Christian education to ensure each student has every opportunity to become who God intends them to be and is equipped to impact the world for Christ.

This dual partnership opportunity allows your business to be advertised in multiple ways to our students, families, faculty and staff from over 40 different towns across Connecticut and Massachusetts, as well as all school campus and website visitors and over 2,000 followers on our school’s social media channels.

The generous and dedicated financial investment from partners like you makes the strength and growth of our school immediately possible. Your contribution is a celebration of the past, recognition of the present, and a clear statement in support of our future.

Website Promotion

Your company advertisement (or name/logo) will be displayed on the Corporate Partnership page on our school website and will link directly to your company website. Size/placement of promotion determined by partnership level.
Social Media Promotion

Your business will be promoted to our 2k+ active followers on multiple TMS social media platforms. Viewers will be directed to the Corporate Partnership page as described above quarterly.
On-Campus Promotion

Corporate Partners will be highlighted on video screens throughout campus and in Administration Foyer. Frequency of promotion will be determined by partnership level.
Promotion at Athletic Contests and All-School Events

Your company name/logo will be displayed on signage at our school’s sporting events (gymnasium/athletic fields) and at all-school events (eg. Back to School Celebration, Homecoming, fundraising events, etc.).
Promotion at Performing Arts Events

Our Performing Arts program typically includes a winter concert, spring concert, and drama production. Corporate Partners will be listed by on the back of every program. Company name/logo size determined by partnership level.
